Dameon Russell (COO) of Hitman Records, Inc, MP4Player Inc. and is the Cofounder and Managing Member of DeFor Investment Group, LLC, a private real estate investment and development firm and Small Business Administration certified 8 (a) Government/Military Contractor. Mr. Russell began his real estate career over a decade ago in the business of Discounted Trust Deeds. Over a four-year period he closed transactions totaling more than $61 million worth of loans encumbering real property in eleven states. He has facilitated transactions involving a broad scope of financial institutions including First Franklin, Berkeley Federal, GE Capital, Home Savings of America, Sumitomo Bank and FSB Mortgage Corporation. Mr. Russells experience has enabled him to master skills of analysis, conduct of due diligence and negotiation. Combined with his educational background in marketing strategies and implementation, and his intuitive natural ability to get things done, Mr. Russell has proven to be an invaluable member of Hitman Records executive management team. Mr. Russell has a profound understanding of trends, and market diversities pertaining to all music genres, and an ability to conduct sound demographic market analysis. More note worthy is his at converting such data to strategy, and subsequently to revenue. Mr. Russell is a frequent Guest Lecturer at San Francisco State University, lecturing about marketing and promotion in the music industry. He created a very successful recruiting system and protocol. Mr. Russell was solely responsible for bringing new efficiencies via technology to the operation. A totally automated online transaction management platform, a company intranet and CRM / database management tool also web based just to mention a few. Mr. Russell is known to many as the systems guy. His ability to look at and analyze an aspect of, or a function of business and then creating the system for its flawless, seamless, and successful repetition is amazing. The prospecting system he created while Director of the Business Development Division was the basis of his published book, The ABC's of Prospecting which was the number one new real estate professionals system manual for 2007 in the Sacramento Business Journal.
