Bio
Ms. Tonya Osborne-Varnell is a 15 year music industry veteran and owner of E-THREE, LLC. Tonya began in the industry in 1991 as an ensemble singer and later joined Bobby Jones & the Nashville Super Choir and working background sessions for such artists as Darryl Coley, Karen Clark, Lyle Lovett, Beverly Crawford, and many others. In 1998, Tonya was bitten by the makeup bug and decided to pursue makeup artistry professionally. After spending some time working various fashion shows, video shoots, and photo shoots, Tonya came full circle into music again and decided that marketing and promotions was going to be her focus. In 2002, T-Oz Marketing & Promotions began as a vehicle for small businesses and independent artists to build a branding identity and to create a presence in the industry. Over the years, T-Oz Marketing & Promotions continued to grow and an entertainment and media component was added. In 2007, T-Oz Marketing & Promotions expanded to become E-THREE, LLC Company. E-Three consists of a group of Grammy nominated Producers, Artist Managers, Stylists, A&R professionals, and graphic artists. Tonya gained a great deal of respect as a marketing professional and was given her first major contract with Take 6 Records as a part of the Marketing & Management team with the multi Grammy award winning group Take 6. From there, Tonya has only added to her list of artists and corporate sponsors being the only independent company to have a contract with the international child outreach organization World Vision as an Artist Representative. Tonya in addition, has traveled nationally as a guest lecturer at various universities and music industry functions. Ms. Osborne-Varnell has worked with such artists/producers as Roger Ryan, Kevin Stancil, Paula Champion, Take 6, Desmond Pringle, Alvin Slaughter, Nancy Wilson, Shirley Caesar, K Times 2 Productions (The Kibble Brothers), Brian Littrell, LeAnne Palmore, and others.
