The talented Mister Dash One is no rookie when it comes to music. From the time this California native was a toddler, he has been singing, dancing, playing the drums and doing just about anything to gain him access to a stage. In the early 80s he teamed up with a young unknown, who later became Money-B and together they formed their first group, Serious Dis. The duo later added a DJ and became MGM and finally ended as RAW Fusion. Raw Fusion began doing local talent shows and many meet & greets and eventually came to enjoy the name they made for themselves with their Bay Area success. The growing buzz attracted one of New Yorks local celebrities, Shock G., who at that time was enjoying success with his radio hit, Underwater Rhymes. At this time Digital Underground was formed. Eventually Mr. 2 Pac himself joined this team, adding to the groups success and completing the link.
Mister Dash One received his first gold album, Sons Of The P and his first gold single, Kiss You Back. At that time it took talent, originality and a great sound to go gold and Digital Underground surpassed this standard by going platinum. In addition to working with and producing music for Digital Underground and 2Pac, he has produced, written and arranged songs for a great deal of successful rap and R&B artist. Now in partnership with Hitman Records, Mister Dash plans not only to take an executive chair at the label, but also continue on with what he loves and does best, create great music and help elevate Hitman to new levels, all this while keeping the music fresh, exciting and enjoyable.
