As International President for Hitman Records, Inc Mr. Grice has directed marketing strategies, business development plans, promotional activities, product development project for an independent entertainment and B2B services company providing multimedia production, distribution, artist development and product marketing services. Mr. Grice interfaced with partners and large clients to develop and maintain organizational strategies, operational efficiencies, and proposals for increasing foreign manufacturing efficiency lowering production cost by 70%. Mr. Grice oversees strategic management and operational oversight of the company's global artist development/product sales in London, Germany, Japanese and Latin America Markets. Mr. Grice heads the creative teams in developing corporate identity, advertising campaign strategies and sponsorship promotions, in addition to spearheading new Latin Music artist recruitment division expanding company artist roster and distribution agreements resulting in 45% increased in overall sales. Mr. Grice past experience stems from strong business experience as he was the Director of Business Development & Marketing with Esirg Manufacturing Company Inc. where Mr. Grice managed all business development, marketing and pricing strategies for consumer product manufacturer.
